BIO

Alice is a creative life coach and artist who serves to empower the client’s voice

as the artisan of their own life.

Alice is an experienced artist, life coach, primary educator, mother, endurance and outdoor play enthusiast – including making marathons a picnic adventure with the pram.

She has personal insight into chronic pain, endometriosis, rebuilding beyond domestic abuse, redefining a ‘mum’ identity and the power of play. Her career includes narrative research & exhibitions  exploring human autonomy, endurance and growth.

Alice offers holistic, mindful and gratitude based support.
